About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share in the assigned operational area.
- Recruit, align, and manage a sales team including planning market size, span, and ASMs geographic responsibilities.
- Ensure quality control through audits of acquisition and sales activities and minimize expectation vs delivery gaps via effective communication of plans and targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of sales/business development experience in B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- Must possess strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- MBA in Marketing is required.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced people manager capable of handling large teams and coaching/mentoring sales personnel.
- Comfortable with ownership in ambiguous, fast-growing environments and navigating complex solutions for novice customers.
