Experience in customer support, quality assurance, demand management, application support, and incident leadership.
Experienced leader adept at managing cross-geography teams in complex engineering data environments.
Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities with a focus on operational excellence.
Proven ability to drive digital process improvement, customer-centric support, and implement information governance in a technical enterprise context.
