Experience with accounts payables, accruals vs P&L accounting concepts, and knowledge of custodian roles in capital markets.
Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours as per process requirements; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experienced in capital markets back-office processes, particularly fund accounting, middle office processing, and expense reporting within BPO or captive environments.
Capable of acting as a subject matter expert, developing documentation and training materials, and driving process improvements.
Competent in cross-team collaboration and handling compliance and escalation responsibilities to minimize client and organizational risk.
