About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of large-scale data platforms including data lakes and cloud solutions, primarily on Snowflake.
- Build, optimize, and secure enterprise data pipelines integrating data for critical banking functions like Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk, and Customer 360.
- Manage data governance, quality assurance, and production incident support while coordinating global cross-time zone delivery and agile practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Data Engineering focused on Data Warehouse and Data Lake design and implementation.
- Strong expertise with Snowflake data platform and AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Step Function, CloudWatch).
- Proven skills in ETL/ELT tools like DBT, Qlik Replicate, Snowpark; plus SQL, Unix, Python scripting.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant roles; Location: Bangalore; Role Type: Hybrid.

- Experienced leader managing data engineering teams and driving cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders and Product Owners.
- Deep technical proficiency in scalable data architecture, security (RBAC), data modeling (Relational, Dimensional, Data Vault), and performance tuning for enterprise environments.
- Comfortable operating within financial services domain and global teams across US and India time zones, supporting production and incident management.
