About This Role
- Provide EDI business and configuration support for North America Consumer and KCP sales organizations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure reliable electronic information exchange and resolve errors promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement of EDI processes, error reduction, and generate performance reports with action plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- 4-10 years of experience in EDI or related IT roles.
- Experience with SAP Order Management, Distribution, Material Master, Customer Master related to EDI, including IDOCs and Partner Profiles.
- Experience with Open Text or other EDI mapping tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical skills for issue assessment, debugging, and EDI process optimization.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating across business teams.
- Experience with EDI transactions (e.g. 850, 875, 846, etc.) and programming languages like C++, Java, SQL, XML, CSV, VB.Net preferred but not mandatory.
