About This Role
- Design and deliver system-level projects for Edge AI and IoT applications using Infineon silicon and software.
- Architect hardware and collaborate across teams to develop hardware-based embedded systems from concept to go-to-market support.
- Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications, create documentation, and support technical training and demonstrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering (required).
- 5-8 years of experience in embedded system design.
- Experience with C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS or Zephyr), embedded software on microcontroller platforms such as Infineon, XMC, PSoC, STM32, Raspberry Pi.
- Experience with hardware design and debugging tools (PCB schematic review, oscilloscope, logic analyzer) and IoT protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Matter, BLE Mesh, Thread) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced embedded systems engineer skilled in both hardware architecture and embedded software for Edge AI and IoT products.
- Hands-on with real-time operating systems and modern IoT communication protocols, able to deliver ready-to-market system demos and evaluation platforms.
- Familiar with collaborative project management, technical training, and customer engagement activities in a cross-functional environment.
