About This Role
- Enable effective Agile software development by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing obstacles for the team.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and team accountability.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience working with Scrum.
- 15 years full-time education (educational qualification).
- Position located in Bengaluru office (onsite requirement).
- Must have proficiency in Scrum methodology.
