Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US calendar and working hours.
Experienced in managing complex supply chain optimization projects with the ability to independently develop and implement strategic improvements.
Background in FMCG or lubricant supply chain environments, with familiarity in handling diverse product portfolios including specialty and fast-moving goods.
Capable of working collaboratively across functions (logistics, procurement, production) and providing leadership or mentorship to junior team members.
