At least 3+ years of experience in an HSSE role, preferably with corporate HSSE and HSSE data management exposure.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Power BI and Power Apps for data analysis and reporting.
Experienced in HSSE incident management and reporting frameworks with knowledge of control frameworks and safety standards.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working end-to-end on complex safety data reporting and system optimization tasks.
Capable of independently scoping problems, driving continuous improvement, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
