Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
Experience with SAP BTP operations including incident management, scripting (Java or Python), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Power Platform), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or BTP).
Knowledge of SAP Basis administration, database management, and technical skills related to SAP HANA administration and IT Service Management.
Experienced in SAP BTP and related cloud infrastructure support operating within Agile/SAFe environments and DevSecOps teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical issues end to end under SLA commitments.
Comfortable working globally across cultures and time zones, collaborating closely with technical, support, and project teams to deliver continuous improvements and operational stability.
