Experience with ABAP (tables, functional modules, IDOCs), batch jobs, BI/BW reports, Fiori Time Writing, and SAP certifications in HRM/HCM or S4 HANA (preferred).
Experienced in complex Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry SAP HRM/HCM implementations with emphasis on integration with project systems and finance modules.
Able to lead design workshops translating business requirements into technical solutions with a functional understanding of both HR and project portfolio domains.
Skilled in proactive problem analysis, root cause identification, and managing robust, scalable IT solutions with strong documentation discipline.
