About This Role
- Lead development and execution of growth pivot strategies in Services + Products, IP Revenue Growth, and Core Value Chain Reinvention aligned to Reinvention Services G&S.
- Drive analysis and actionable recommendations on emerging technology trends, inorganic growth opportunities, M&A landscape, and competitive ecosystem intelligence relevant to supply chain and engineering (SC&E).
- Translate strategic priorities into structured activation plans with clear ownership and accountability to deliver tangible growth outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8–11 years of total work experience including strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or industrial technology.
- Proven experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis within supply chain, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations, influencing senior leadership and global cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills in complex, multi-stakeholder settings with industrial or asset-intensive sector knowledge.
- Established domain expertise in SC&E-relevant areas with familiarity of emerging tech such as Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, and inorganic growth/M&A evaluation.
- High proficiency with AI tools for research and competitive intelligence, able to integrate outputs into senior-ready insights and compelling narratives.
