About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation, technical design, and support of SAP MDG Central Governance solutions for Material Master (MDG-M) and Business Partner/Supplier (MDG-S) in manufacturing.
- Configure and customize SAP MDG workflows, validations, user interfaces, and data replication frameworks integrating with S/4HANA and related systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate manufacturing master data requirements into technical solutions and resolve complex workflow and replication issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on techno-functional experience in SAP MDG, including ABAP OO, FPM, BRFplus, and Rule-Based Workflows.
- Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing domain master data: Material Master (MDG-M) and Business Partner/Supplier (MDG-S).
- Experience with SAP MDG Data Replication Framework using IDocs, ALE, SOA services, and integration with S/4HANA.
- Graduate degree required. Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned.

- Proven ability to operate in a hybrid techno-functional role, comfortable with ABAP coding and business stakeholder interaction in manufacturing master data governance.
- Experience in manufacturing domain or supply-chain focused businesses working on master data objects relevant to material and supplier management.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as SME on SAP MDG configurations, workflows, and data replication in a hybrid SAP environment.
