ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS–HAM and/or CIS–SAM certification required (both strongly preferred).
Work Experience Required: 8+ years ServiceNow experience with focus on ITAM (HAM/SAM).
Deep technical expertise with ServiceNow platform architecture including scoped applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and security model.
Experienced in CMDB/ITOM with ability to design HAM/SAM on mature, live CMDB environments utilizing CSDM and discovery data flows.
Proven independent leadership skills to facilitate workshops, defend design decisions, manage customer technical stakeholders, and lead distributed developer teams.
