About This Role
- Define and drive corporate strategy and execution plans across Services + Products, IP Revenue Growth, and Core Value Chain Reinvention within SC&E Reinvention Partner.
- Lead identification of profitable growth opportunities, direct inorganic growth priorities including M&A evaluation and deal origination, ensuring strategic alignment and value realization.
- Engage with global leaders and manage partnerships, analyst relations, and investment ROI to ensure strategic priorities are met with governance and execution discipline.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or industrial technology.
- Deep expertise in industrial, engineering, or asset-intensive sectors with strong business acumen and advanced financial/business-case judgment.
- Experience leading executive-level strategic recommendations, advising senior leadership, and managing cross-functional global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead market research, competitive intelligence, and business analysis in supply chain, engineering, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong command of technology trends including Physical and Industrial AI and their strategic implications in SC&E sectors.
- Experienced in inorganic growth dynamics including M&A landscape, alliance ecosystems, and partnership structures in industrial and engineering services.
