About This Role
- Lead enterprise digital and AI-enabled transformation engagements, partnering with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute digital strategies and operating models that create competitive advantage.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and contributing to proposals and pitches.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience, preferably with 8+ years in digital strategy, management consulting, or technology transformation consulting.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA).
- Proven track record leading enterprise digital transformation strategy, including roadmap development and execution.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% for client engagement and business development.

- Experienced senior leader with enterprise-scale digital transformation and management consulting background.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite/executive stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary, matrixed global teams.
