About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of modern data platforms using Snowflake, Azure, and Databricks, managing scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
- Run and mature agile teams and ceremonies for multi-workstream data initiatives, ensuring architectural adherence and governance.
- Act as the primary client executive contact, managing stakeholder alignment, commercial scope, staffing, and delivery quality tied to business KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years leading technology delivery for data platform or analytics programs in consulting/professional services.
- Proven experience managing $1M–$5M+ multi-workstream programs with distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (warehouses, RBAC, tuning) and Azure data services (ADF/Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, etc.).
- Role is a hybrid US-based position; candidates must be local with no immigration sponsorship provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile delivery for large-scale data platforms with strong operational and governance focus on medallion/lakehouse architectures.
- Skilled at stakeholder management including VP/C-suite level communication and executive reporting.
- Comfortable managing commercial aspects (SOW, budget forecasting) and enabling teams through coaching and playbook development.
