Willingness and ability to work in a 24x7 environment including rotational overnight shifts; experience working from runbooks and documented escalation procedures.
Experienced in technical operations in regulated or high-volume data environments such as healthcare, financial services, or SaaS.
Comfortable following strict operational procedures and documentation requirements with disciplined ticket hygiene and runbook adherence.
Seeks operational roles focused on stable execution, error diagnosis, and clear escalation rather than improvising fixes; able to work overlapping offshore/onshore shifts.
