About This Role
- Monitor and perform first-pass diagnosis and troubleshooting of production workflows involving Flatfile and MuleSoft integration flows.
- Execute approved recovery, rerun, validation, and documentation procedures for Tier 1-2 production operational incidents with clear escalation to Tier 3 as needed.
- Support overnight delivery coverage and morning triage, maintaining disciplined ticketing, runbook use, and secure file transfer and data access operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in production support, data operations, application or integration support roles.
- Practical hands-on experience with Flatfile and MuleSoft production monitoring, troubleshooting, rerun/recovery, and escalation procedures.
- Working knowledge of AWS/S3, secure file transfer protocols (sFTP), and basic-to-intermediate SQL for read-only investigation and validation.
- Willingness and ability to work in a 24x7 environment including rotational overnight shifts; experience working from runbooks and documented escalation procedures.

- Experienced in technical operations in regulated or high-volume data environments such as healthcare, financial services, or SaaS.
