About This Role
- Build, deploy, and maintain an automated test infrastructure covering all product operations for the Archipelago application.
- Develop and integrate automation frameworks and test cases into the CI/CD pipeline to achieve continuous build and test cycles.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements, validate releases, and ensure high-quality production standards including automating 90% of regression tests and full end-to-end UI automation for new/modified features.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience focused on testing and automation.
- Proficiency with automation frameworks; Cypress preferred as the primary testing tool.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript; familiarity with React or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Must be located in India with ability to work 4+ hours overlapping with US Eastern Time (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST).

- Experienced with distributed, Agile/Scrum teams working independently and collaboratively across time zones.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD workflows.
- Comfortable diagnosing defects, participating in triage, and working closely with product and engineering to ensure testability and reliable product releases.
