About This Role
- Lead quantitative analyses from problem formulation to solution delivery supporting sales and marketing decisions.
- Develop advanced statistical and simulation models (using Excel/VBA, SAS, Alteryx, Visual Basic) to assess effects of sales and marketing programs.
- Communicate findings and engage with clients, mentor junior associates, and contribute to analytics capability development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline OR MSc/BSc/B.Pharma from Tier I (IIT/NIT) schools.
- 2-4 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency with statistical modeling and tools like Excel/VBA, SAS, Alteryx, Visual Basic.
- Fluency in English and ability to work across global cross-office teams.

- Experienced in applying advanced statistical and simulation models in commercial analytics contexts for life sciences or healthcare industries.
- Capable of client engagement and mentoring junior team members in a multi-geography environment.
