About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions across the full AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI-SDLC).
- Lead backend development using Java (Spring Boot) and Python, frontend development with React/Angular/Next.js, and build API-driven platforms ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Drive cloud-native microservices design, CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitHub Actions), infrastructure as code (Terraform), Docker/Kubernetes (AKS) deployments, and oversee artifact lifecycle management (JFrog).
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years experience in API design, backend engineering with Java (Spring Boot) and Python, and enterprise integrations.
- 5+ years experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Next.js) and SQL; 5+ years experience on Azure cloud including Databricks and data pipeline frameworks.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), infrastructure provisioning (Terraform), containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes AKS), and AI-powered system development including Agentic AI architectures and LLM orchestration.

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and mentor engineering teams in agile environments with ownership of delivery.
- Extensive hands-on experience building scalable, microservices-based, distributed systems with emphasis on resilience, performance and security practices.
- Strong communicator capable of interfacing across technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Architecture.
