About This Role
- Own and operate company-wide enterprise-grade JFrog Artifactory, Xray, and Curation clusters ensuring high availability, security, and performance for critical CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop automation tools in Python and shell scripting to manage artifact lifecycles, configuration drift, and implement monitoring and observability systems for proactive health detection.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and recovery for Artifactory/Xray outages; manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet to maintain environment consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering supporting critical infrastructure.
- Proven expertise managing large-scale JFrog Artifactory, Xray, and Curation production environments.
- 3+ years Python scripting experience for automation and REST API integration.
- Experience with configuration management or IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and strong Linux systems administration knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep hands-on knowledge managing distributed artifact management infrastructure with a focus on security policies, high availability, and scalability.
- Experience operating complex backend systems including message queues (RabbitMQ), CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Kubernetes/EKS).
- Skilled in incident leadership, automation-driven reliability engineering, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize build/test workflows and artifact management.
