About This Role
- Design, implement, maintain and support infrastructure services and platforms according to SITA standards, meeting agreed technical and business requirements.
- Participate in full lifecycle execution of multiple small to medium infrastructure projects, ensuring solutions meet functional and business needs.
- Manage risks and issues affecting delivered projects, escalating significant impacts according to defined processes.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
- Professional certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: At least 5 years in relevant infrastructure roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in infrastructure services within complex technology environments supporting aviation or similar multi-stakeholder domains.
- Strong technical expertise in system implementation, integration, IT governance, and infrastructure management aligned with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, escalate risks effectively, and sustain infrastructure solutions meeting business needs.
