About This Role
- Own architecture, design, and operational stability of the global SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) platform for enterprise CRM.
- Lead a small multidisciplinary team, providing technical direction and mentoring within the SAP C4C ecosystem.
- Architect and oversee complex SAP C4C customizations and global integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, CPI, and third-party systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or closely related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in enterprise software development, SAP CRM/C4C, or related SAP cloud technologies with responsibility for mission-critical system design and support.
- Proven team leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP C4C architecture, configuration, extensibility, and enterprise system integrations using SAP CPI, REST/SOAP APIs, and OData.
