About This Role
- Lead front-end architecture design and define reusable patterns and React best practices for the HIS V3 platform.
- Design and implement rich, responsive UI/UX experiences including micro-interactions to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and performance.
- Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and drive AngularJS to React modernization to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years overall software development experience including leadership roles.
- At least 1 year experience working on HIS products with strong healthcare workflow and enterprise architecture knowledge.
- Proven expertise in ReactJS and modernization from AngularJS to React.
- Strong UI/UX design skills and experience mentoring engineering teams.
