About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex network transformation projects across multiple Vodafone European markets and Group functions covering diverse network domains.
- Establish and maintain governance, delivery structures, timelines, resource plans, reporting frameworks, and drive risk and issue management for network projects.
- Coordinate design, testing, implementation, and transition-to-operations activities, promoting customer-focused communication across stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience within telecommunications networks; network engineering environment experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Agile delivery experience in roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner; demonstrated hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery capability.
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate with international virtual teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large, multi-domain, cross-market telecom network projects, comfortable with technical and governance complexities.
- Proven ability to balance Agile and traditional project delivery methods within hybrid environments, supporting transformation and delivery excellence.
- Skilled at strategic stakeholder engagement in international, cross-functional settings with a comprehensive understanding of network engineering lifecycles and technologies.
