About This Role
- Oversee compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards on railway/metro projects.
- Serve as technical interface between TCMS, subsystems, and clients to ensure software and design quality.
- Manage factory progress, conduct technical meetings, review engineering deliverables, and support testing teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including 8 years in railway/metro and 2 years with UTO/driverless trains (desirable).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering preferred.
- Proven project engineering or relevant consulting experience with project management skills.
- Location: Bangalore, India; Full-time, Onsite position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in interfacing with international engineers, especially Japanese/European.
- Familiar with railway control systems including TCMS, RSC GUI, and Safety Integrity Levels.
- Capable of leading technical teams and managing complex engineering deliverables in railway/metro environments.
