About This Role
- Lead scaling and automation of data infrastructure including AI automation of manual operations.
- Develop AI-based analytical tools integrated with data pipelines for business insights on metrics like customer growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor senior engineers while managing project timelines, technical direction, and hiring activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining data infrastructure with leadership on complex projects.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in Kafka, Python, Scala, Apache Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with database design (SQL and NoSQL), Git, Terraform, CI/CD practices, and data governance and security principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and managing enterprise-grade, event-driven data platforms with strong distributed computing knowledge.
- Comfortable leading cross-team engineering initiatives and making architectural decisions at scale.
- Skilled in developing AI-assisted tools and automating data operations to improve data delivery and business insights.
