Niche embedded firmware plus hardware leadership makes applicant pool limited and less competitive.
Highly specialized embedded HW/FW skills and industrial drives experience limit cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 9-12 years requirement plus mandatory hardware and firmware expertise makes shortlisting highly restrictive.
Lead technical direction, architecture, and delivery of embedded electronics for industrial drives, servo inverters, and motion/safety products.
Hands-on participation in hardware and firmware design reviews, debugging, and critical problem solving.
Mentor and lead embedded hardware and firmware teams, ensuring engineering discipline, collaboration, and process excellence.
9 to 12+ years experience in embedded systems development with strong embedded firmware and hardware expertise.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or closely related field.
Deep understanding of MCU/SoC hardware design, analog/digital circuits, PCB design flows, EMC/EMI debugging, and embedded firmware development (C, RTOS/baremetal).
Experience with debugging tools (scope, logic analyzer, JTAG/SWD), bootloader and firmware update mechanisms, and industrial communication interfaces.
Currently in or recently promoted to a technical lead or system architect role, hands-on with both C coding and hardware design, managing 4-6 engineers.
Experienced in industrial electronics products like servo drives, frequency inverters, or motion power electronics.
Capable of system-level reasoning across hardware, firmware, timing, power, and debugging complex cross-domain issues.
