Hands-on experience with debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, JTAG/SWD), industrial communication interfaces, and must have worked on industrial electronics like servo drives or frequency inverters.
Technical lead or system architect recently promoted or with less than 1.5 years in a hands-on technical manager role leading 4 to 6 engineers.
Strong cross-domain expertise blending embedded firmware and hardware with system-level reasoning across timing, power, and integration constraints.
Experience collaborating with European or US customers and other stakeholders on requirements, design, and delivery in industrial electronics contexts.
