About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and support RPA automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Manage production support activities including troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation workflows.
- Integrate RPA automations with APIs, web applications, Microsoft 365, Excel, and enterprise applications while ensuring robust exception handling and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of strong hands-on experience with UiPath development, including studio and orchestrator.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with RPA production support, including incident/problem management and root cause analysis.
- Work mode: Hybrid based in Chennai, Shift timing 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM.

- Experienced in end-to-end RPA lifecycle including development, deployment, and production support with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable with integrations involving APIs, Microsoft 365, Excel, and enterprise systems, emphasizing automation scalability and stability.
- Capable of working independently with a production support mindset and skilled in stakeholder communication and process optimization.
