About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development on an AI-powered Customer Success platform using Next.js/React (frontend) and Python/FastAPI (backend).
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL database schemas, and Redis caching for performance.
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter) to build features like sentiment analysis, meeting summaries, and automated insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong experience with Next.js or React for frontend development.
- Proficient in Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks), PostgreSQL schema design, SQL optimization, and REST API design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipping complete features that include database, API, and UI components with emphasis on clean code and user experience.
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies, handling authentication, and performance optimization.
- Has familiarity or interest in AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, and microservices architecture.
