About This Role
- Lead administration and technical governance of complex SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP CAR, SLT and SAP HANA systems across production and non-production environments.
- Manage RISE with SAP hosted systems coordinating with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and internal teams for incidents, maintenance, upgrades, backups, and connectivity issues.
- Own SAP technical operations including system health monitoring, performance optimization, upgrades, security compliance, audit readiness, disaster recovery, and technical leadership of Basis team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP and SaaS services.
- Experience managing and working with managed services and cloud platforms; AWS experience is a plus.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support of large ERP applications in dynamic environments.
