About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 production support and maintenance for enterprise data loading, processing, and reporting applications primarily using .NET and legacy technologies.
- Support and optimize Microsoft SQL Server components including stored procedures, functions, T-SQL scripts, and SQL Agent Jobs to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support application releases and enhancements aligned with SLA commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server including stored procedures, T-SQL development, query optimization, performance tuning, and SQL Agent jobs.
- Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) application support and legacy environments.
- Work Experience Required: 3-7 years supporting production enterprise applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in incident management and problem solving within data loading, ETL, and batch processing application environments.
- Strong technical ability to debug and troubleshoot across both application (.NET) and database (SQL Server) layers.
- Familiarity with maintaining stability and driving continuous improvements in enterprise-scale data applications, preferably within complex or high-volume operational contexts.
