About This Role
- Lead development and enhancement of test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) on automation for senior stakeholders and guide team members technically.
- Manage automation processes including CI/CD configuration, code reviews, and productivity tracking of the automation team.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in test automation.
- Proficient in Selenium with Java and/or Python for automation.
- Experience with API and database automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing automation frameworks and team guidance.
- Skilled in integrating automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiar with full lifecycle of automation including coding, reviews, and audits in a technology-driven environment.
