About This Role
- Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle including release planning, change control, risk assessment, and deployment window management for large-scale multi-module platforms.
- Leverage Python and SQL to analyze deployment metrics and drive continuous improvement in release processes using data-driven insights.
- Lead cross-functional communication with global teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, and apply AI tools to enhance release documentation, risk assessment, and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; scripting and data analysis skills using Python and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and container orchestration platforms like ECS or OpenShift.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Harness or Lightspeed; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

- Experienced in managing complex release orchestration and governance with a strong focus on balancing deployment speed and platform stability.
- Skilled in data-driven process improvement and capable of translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
