About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 production support, maintenance, and enhancements for .NET and legacy data loading/processing applications.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server operations including stored procedures, SQL Agent jobs, batch processing, and data integrity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents, optimize performance, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure system reliability and meet SLA commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server: stored procedures, T-SQL, functions, views, query optimization, performance tuning, and SQL Agent jobs.
- Experience supporting .NET applications and batch data loading/ETL processes with L2/L3 production support and incident management.
- Location requirement: Bangalore. Work Experience Required: Explicitly mentioned as 3-7 years.
