About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation within the technology domain.
- Plan and execute large-scale strategies and lead projects, acting as escalation point and guiding less experienced staff.
- Resolve moderately complex technical challenges to meet existing and potential client needs, collaborating with peers and mid-level managers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience (via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Strong development experience in Python and PySpark explicitly desired.
- Experience with APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD tools (udeploy/harness, Jenkins, Github, JIRA).
- Banking or Financial Services experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI and Generative AI concepts with hands-on exposure.
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills, familiar with Linux, shell scripting, and job scheduling.
- Capable of working in Agile environments across virtual teams spread across multiple time zones.
