About This Role
- Analyze business and operational data using SQL and BI tools to support data quality, governance, and decision-making initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and validate dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers with Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Investigate data anomalies, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve trust in critical data assets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Commerce with analytics specialization, or related quantitative disciplines.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, SQL querying, dashboarding, data validation, and data governance support.
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data cleansing).
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard/report development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mid-level data analytics professional with experience in data quality, data profiling, and supporting data governance frameworks.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional global stakeholders including Data Owners, Stewards, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers.
- Familiarity with BFSI, insurance, consulting, shared services, or global capability centre environments is a plus but not mandatory.
