Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex, scalable distributed systems; hands-on coding experience mandatory.
Experienced technologist with a track record of executing complex projects involving cloud-native SaaS platforms and scalable API/event-driven architectures.
Proficient leader capable of managing and mentoring large engineering teams while delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
Comfortable working closely with C-level stakeholders, architects, and product teams to align technology solutions with business goals and regulatory standards.
