About This Role
- Design and oversee implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash systems including Order Management, GTM, Shipping, and AR.
- Translate business requirements into IT functional designs and provide hands-on support during Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot application issues, maintain documentation, and train end-users on new O2C processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in Order to Cash process with specific expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules and proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
- Primary location Bengaluru, India; occasional travel may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, preferably with knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong strategic ability to align technology solutions with business goals and experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Competent in business process re-engineering and change management to improve Order to Cash systems.
