About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial consolidation and management reporting to support business decision-making with timely, accurate outputs.
- Develop and maintain MIS and KPI reporting to provide actionable insights and drive business performance reviews.
- Drive process improvements including automation and standardization of reporting workflows, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance data integrity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in finance with strong exposure to reporting and business finance.
- Technical Skills: Financial consolidation, MIS reporting, budgeting & forecasting, SAP, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI.
- Industry Experience: Preferably FMCG or manufacturing sector.

- Experienced in financial reporting leadership with accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with ability to present complex financial data clearly to leadership.
