About This Role
- Lead full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules including incident management, change management, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM from discovery to go-live and post-support.
- Own delivery outcomes including quality, timelines, and budgets with full accountability, making technical and architectural decisions aligned to client needs.
- Serve as primary client-facing delivery lead managing expectations, conducting workshops, and mentoring consulting team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in IT service management or related enterprise software delivery.
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and customization across multiple modules.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations independently.
- ServiceNow platform certifications (System Administrator, Application Developer, or higher) strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing client relationships and conducting technical workshops with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical foundation in ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript), workflows, and integrations for complex solution design.
- Background in delivery leadership including team mentoring and commercial awareness such as scoping work and managing budgets.
