About This Role
- Lead and modernise international Accounts Payable operations across multiple regions and currencies to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Own and manage the relationship with the outsourced Procure-to-Pay service provider, establishing governance frameworks and driving performance improvement.
- Drive transformation initiatives including automation, AI integration, and process redesign to improve cycle times, controls, and cost-efficiency across the International AP function.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in progressive AP/Finance Operations leadership with significant international AP oversight.
- Mandatory Chartered Accountant degree.
- Proven experience managing outsourced AP/P2P service providers with strong vendor governance and accountability.
- Role requires working overlap with PST hours.

- Experienced in leading large-scale AP transformations, including automation and shared services.
- Strong knowledge of international AP compliance, multi-entity operations, and fast-growth environments.
- Skilled in using data/analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks) and implementing AP technologies like ERP, OCR, and AI solutions.
