About This Role
- Lead Credit & Collections function including credit policies, collection practices, risk mitigation, and escalation protocols.
- Manage credit risk, AR performance metrics (e.g., collection targets, CEI, aging, write-offs), and strategic customer collections including executive-level escalations.
- Oversee outsourced collections operations (Accenture), process improvements, and provide subject-matter expertise for complex credit and collection cases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting mandatory; CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 12+ years progressive experience in Credit & Collections, preferably in high-growth SaaS, technology, or complex B2B environments.
- Experience with credit risk assessment, managing AR KPIs, and governing outsourced collection SLAs.
- Willingness to work in PST hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in credit risk assessment and collections strategy for high-value, usage-based SaaS customers.
- Proven ability to operationalize credit policies, lead cross-functional collaboration, and manage complex escalations.
- Experience driving process transformation with automation/AI in AR or finance functions and comfortable with advanced ERP/reporting tools (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
