12+ years progressive experience in Credit & Collections, preferably in high-growth SaaS, technology, or complex B2B environments.
Experience with credit risk assessment, managing AR KPIs, and governing outsourced collection SLAs.
Willingness to work in PST hours.
Strong background in credit risk assessment and collections strategy for high-value, usage-based SaaS customers.
Proven ability to operationalize credit policies, lead cross-functional collaboration, and manage complex escalations.
Experience driving process transformation with automation/AI in AR or finance functions and comfortable with advanced ERP/reporting tools (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
