About This Role
- Own management and operational health of the ServiceNow platform across administration, incident resolution, performance monitoring, and upgrades in a large enterprise environment.
- Lead technical escalation and root cause analysis for critical incidents while ensuring adherence to SLAs and platform compliance standards.
- Design and maintain integrations, governance frameworks, and continuous service improvements leveraging automation and platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform encompassing development, operations, or administration roles.
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB), scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer), and integrations (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years with ServiceNow platform. Location must be Hyderabad, NOIDA, or Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, large enterprise ServiceNow environments with multiple modules like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Proficient in platform lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, and release management in high-availability contexts.
- Able to provide technical leadership, mentor juniors, and collaborate cross-functionally with architects, developers, and product owners for long-term platform success.
