About This Role
- Own day-to-day operations and compliance for client tax e-invoicing across multiple markets, acting as primary point of contact for countries and business lines.
- Analyze business requirements, draft user stories, lead program working groups to resolve questions, define plans, and oversee testing approaches.
- Maintain operational controls and compliance, develop process improvement tools, influence technology enhancements, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute key tax operations objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Post-graduate degree.
- 8+ years of operations experience with at least 4+ years as business analyst and tester (mandatory).
- Familiarity with taxation and tax operations across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and proven ability to work in high standards risk and control environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client tax operations with strong knowledge of international tax reclaims processing and e-invoicing compliance.
- Able to lead cross-functional groups and communicate complex tax and operational issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Strategic planner with strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Office and familiar with AI tools, capable of managing competing priorities in dynamic settings.
