About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle transactions in Workday for APAC region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and documentation.
- Manage complex, non-standard HR cases and act as escalation point for high risk transactions, partnering with Global Mobility and Payroll teams.
- Drive data integrity, compliance, quality controls, audit readiness, and continuous process improvements including automation and AI tooling across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations with advanced hands-on Workday experience.
- Proven ability to handle complex, exception-based lifecycle cases independently in an audit/compliance-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in two or more APAC countries.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
