About This Role
- Lead People Operations service delivery and compliance across multiple APAC countries within a global operating model.
- Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, leave administration, organizational changes, and offboarding aligned with global standards.
- Manage and develop a regional People Operations team while driving operational excellence, service delivery metrics, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, people operations, or related HR fields.
- Experience leading people and teams in a regional/multi-country environment.
- English fluency at C1 level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven capability to lead scalable HR operations balancing quality, compliance, and employee experience across diverse cultures and regulatory environments in APAC.
- Experience with core HR systems, preferably Workday, and managing service-level performance and operational governance.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills working cross-functionally with HR, finance, payroll, IT, legal, and business leadership in multinational organizations.
