About This Role
- Perform Retail Banking Account Operations including account maintenance, closure, deceased customer and US legal order processing.
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems under moderate to detailed instructions, primarily interacting with internal peers and supervisors.
- Work as individual contributor within a team, impacting own work and potentially others, with limited client or senior management exposure, possibly in rotational shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Core Banking Operations, specifically Retail Banking Account Operations.
- Any Graduation degree is required.
- Moderate to detailed instructional work environment with the ability to carry out assigned tasks.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Experienced in retail banking backend operations with focused responsibility and limited client interaction.
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor under moderate supervision with some decision-making impact.
